The naya is a multi functional space being workshop, kitchen and sitting area.

It also contains the well, bread oven and bbq facilities.

There are few days in the year when it is not in use.

The water is collected from the roof and stored in the ten thousand litre well.

If this is insufficient resupply is by tanker which is cheap and efficient.

 Mains water is not far away but expensive and a well is another option.

Large double doors lead into the sitting room which has a modest yet effective log burning fire.

To the right of the fire place is the door to the third bedroom or study.

Out of the picture is the door to the master bedroom.

Straight through to the kitchen which is spacious with ample work top and the usual amenities.

Hand crafted wooden doors give a rustic feel.

The dining room retains the original manger and shows the vaulted ceilings throughout the finca.

A shower room with WC is situated between the dining room and second bedroom.

The master bedroom occupies the whole of the upstairs and contains a bathroom and TV area.

Original beams and supports give it a spacious authentic feel.

An air conditioner keeps the temperature hot or cold.
